KGC Spec House

This was a fun project for me. Every once in a while I get creative license to come up with a design. While I did have the builders input this home, this new home was dreamed up by me. This custom home includes 3 bedrooms with a study, formal dining, game room, expansive master suite and over sized kitchen. Let me help you come up with your own custom plan!
